Request for Proposal for Used SnowPlow - Dump Truck

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR

USED SNOWPLOW/DUMP TRUCK

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council of the Town of Eaton, Madison County, NY is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for one (1) used snowplow/dump truck for use by the Town of Eaton Highway Department.  

Specifications and conditions may be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk, 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, NY, during normal business hours, by emailing the Town Clerk at eatonclerk@cnymail.com, or on our website at www.townofeaton.com. Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on January 14, 2025, at which time proposals will be opened and read aloud.

The Town Council of the Town of Eaton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or to accept a proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Town of Eaton.
